Someone repeatedly calling on behalf of edf, when we answered they where asking why we did not proceed with a quote. When we advised we are moving house they hung upNot very professional, have now blocked the number and will find another energy supplier for our new home
This is not a scam number however although it is a genuine number, No one is speaking at the other end. The number is a genuine number but somehow this glitch is coming from EDF that need to address. Starts when your renewal is coming so need to keep you on!
Nuisance call from EDF Energy. Apparently, business is slow so they have to call random people up and offer them deals! Very annoying! If I wanted you to be my Energy supplier, I would sign a contract with you!
Called me several times, Each time i answer and they hang up straight away, When i called back i get an automated message telling me its edf and i should 'press 1' if i dont wish them to call me again. Most pointless system ever.
Blocked this number over a month ago, And they still try and call me even when I said to remove my numberive blocked the number but it comes up with the number and sends it to my blocked list. In the last 4 weeks they try and ring me 6 times a day EVERY DAY!!!!
I have blocked this number, Yet they still call 3 times a day every day! Idiots. EDF energy, Gotmy number from somewhere, It shouldn't be allowed, What about the elderly being harrassed everyday by these idiots, It sends me crazy, So I don't know what it does to the venerable ones out there, It should be against the law.
This number has rung 5 & 6 times daily even though they're blacklisted on my phone! Their call doesn't come through due to being blacklisted, I just keep getting a notification after each time they call, So whilst it's not as bad, It's still annoying they're so persistant! I believe it is EDF... Basically a nuisance or Telemarketing... I haven't been with EDF for about 20 years!
EDF - I have asked them multiple times to take my details off their system but they keep on ringing. I will be reporting them for GDPR breach as there doesn't seem to be an email address to email them and contact them to cancel this.
I had a call on my mobile phone at 15. 37pm yesterday and again this afternoon they have tried ringing me up but I did not answer the call. I would like to report this today asap to you so that you can do something about it asap. As I am not very happy about any of it at the moment. From Chris
I am a very, Very ill person. This organisation needs their board informed of the distress their calls cause people, Who are trying to cope with difficult times. At least four to five calls per day in recent weeks. Ofcom, Please help!
