Scammer - Called on 'behalf' of 02. I told him I had no time to speak, But I would call 02 customer services to see what the matter was exactly. He hung up. üòÇ

Received a call on Sunday evening saying “don't worry it's not a sales call, Just market research about your mobile service provider”. I asked her to confirm the name she has on file, And when I told her she had the wrong person she said “oh it's okay, It doesn't matter, We can do the survey anyway”. I asked her to remove my number and hung up.

I had been browsing o2 upgrades and exited the app witjput making a decision. Within 2 minutes this number rang me asking why i hadn't purchased anything. Time to change providers maybe!

Telemarketing cold call on behalf of O2. The comment below made on 24. 04. 19 by a Quadrangle employee is incorrect. These calls are being made to non-O2 users. This is unwelcome cold calling which could potentially trap a vulnerable person into committing to something they neither want nor need. Blocked.

Call automatically cleared upon answering. No idea who or what they wanted, But they have been blocked to call here in future.

Received a call today from 02073267481 claiming they had got my details from GiffGaff they also referred to me by my name, As far as I am aware I have not ever given permission to share any of my details with third parties, Requested GiffGaff to investigate. I asked to speak to the manager and asked for all my details to be removed from their system or I would be taking further action.

To the person who said below that people need to chill out, Cold calling with the pretence of being from your existing supplier when it is not is clearly an invasion of personal privacy. The phone they called me on is fairly new and is little used, The number is only known to my close family and is not an O2 number so someone is stealing lists and/or selling them on the black market without the permission of the owners.

Lol some of these comments are ridiculous and paranoid. I didn't even realise it was my boss calling me so looked the number up.... I work at quadrangle. It's not sales or a scam, It's a 10 min feedback survey regarding your service from 02. People need to chill out.

Didn't answer the call as I didn't recognise the number. Came straight to this site and I can see people saying its from Vodafone a d O2. 1. I'm no longer with Vodafone so they wouldn't call me. 2. When O2 want feedback, They text me, They do not call. Must be a scam, Thanks everyone, Going to block it now.
