I had a text from these this morning vanquis asking if I had had spent 1.75 at hamshire council , I ignored it I then got a voicemail so I rang and it was vanquis security , spoke to the agent who advised my vanquis card had been breached an a new one will now be sent out ??????????????

Again, called me claiming to be from Co op Bank. With my assistance, £5k was moved through my bank account. Thankfully Co op realised something fishy and blocked my account. Please don't be conned like I was!

A man who said that he is from HSBC called. He said that there is a suspicious card transaction, before stopping that, I have to provide some details to prove that I am the account holder. I have to give him the last ten digits of my card. I said I can only give them the last four digits... Your browser does not support the audio element

Have had several automated calls from this number. Have no account with them and have never even heard of them. Who are they?

I am a receptionist and have just answered an automated call from this number at work. It said it was Vanquis Bank relating to a member of staff. I hung up.

Had a text message then 4 calls within a few hours on my mobile, had 2 calls on my landline and a message left. Answered the call around 7.00 pm no one spoke it's was a recorded message for me to press to speak to them so I replaced phone. Not got a vanquis card but the text wanted to,know if I had spent 1,190 to Hampshire council then 2 other amounts to the same council. How does the company get this information it's so frustrating

Legitimate number. Vanquis Bank checking recent transactions on credit card. If you don't have a Vanquis card, call them back & let them know as they may simply have an incorrect contact number on file. The automated message does also check it's a correct number.

Its vanquais bank. Legit. It was asking to confirm some payments on my card.

Bank Fraud. This number ask you to transfer money to another bank account to protect your money from fraud. Hang up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pretended to be MetroBank Fraud Department, English Accent, Woman, Will put recording up

Said it was Vanquis bank automated message

Received a call pretending to be my bank, from the fraud department when I said I would contact the bank, he recited personal information and threatened me for money.

supposed to be Vanquis bank Fraud department asking about a transaction on my card that does not exist message recieved by text but i will check with Vanquis on there number i have used all the time i suspect this is not Vanquis and a fraud just to get bank / card details
