Knew my name, recorded message saying lloyds bank fraud prevention press any key. Possible fraud activity on card. Hung up

Sent Sms msg, phoned mobile and home phone with a message about my tsb card being used online ref fraud. Deleted sms msg and hung up on both calls.Checked the telephone number on Google using 'whos calling me'.Result indicated the number was linked to fraudalent activity.

They have rang us 3 times today 29th July 2017, the first time they left a recorded message about my daughters lloyds card being used online, then for her to ring a number quoting a 3 digit number she had to say when calling. The last two times they called they left nothing, the last call was at 8.15pm. Obviously with looking at the comments a, I'm glad I didn't answer.

Automated message saying from Lloyds fraudulent department, press such and such number to continue, at this point I hung up. Have also received text messages saying unusual action on my account, there's not any.

Surely a fraud as Lloyds WILL NOT phone you to inform of fraudulent activity - this was confirmed by Lloyds and is written on the internet banking site.

This number keeps calling my landline saying lloyds bank fraud but asking for a person I am not familiar with. It is an automated call I just hand up. However they have phone 7 times in 36hrs it is getting a bit much now. It is obviously a scam

possible FRAUD. How do I know it's really Lloyds???

Have had this number several times rang it back a recording tells me someone is using my credit card on line as soon as I heard this I knew it must be a scam I thought they will ask me my details so I have blocked it from my main line and my mobile

This number is a scam do not respond to it

Genuine - do follow up as I had fraudulent activity on my account which they had picked up. Really helpful.

My elderly next door neighbourough Keeps getting phone calls from these people. As she is in I'll health it is very disturbing for her.

the 0345 number is a genuine Lloyds Fraud Dept number - the 0845 number is a scam

This number has called me twice while i have been out but has not left a message its upsets me very much have been to the bank and cancelled my card, and having a new one its very upsetting and making me worried now.

Thats the Lloyds fraud department number. I had this tonight after 10pm! And I called the main number for Lloyds and they assured me about that. So your daughter lost some money because of you. 👍

I have just had very similar to the other people. Received an automated voice message on my mobile from a Lloyds fraud dept telling me to ring this number because of possible fraud on my cards. Checked my account which is fine. Had too many scammers to get fooled by this. Will report this to the bank. Sad that so many people fall for these things.

This number called my mobile and when i didn't answer called my landline within seconds. asking about my bank account so hung up. must be a scam.

this automated call rang January 25th and again Jan 27th. Said they were Lloyds fraud prevention and I had used my card online and they wished to prevent fraud. They gave me the number to ring and a three digit code to use. On both occasions I ended the call after listening to the message. obvious scam
