'I'm sorry I did not understand your response. If this is Antonia Harris press 1 now. Otherwise press 2. If we have reached this number in error please press 3.' They called three times today throughout the day... it went to voicemail each time with this being the message. I'd answer and press 3 but I don't want to let them know this is a working number if this is a spam robocall . I don't have Allstate, am not Antonia, and am unsure why a big company wouldn't identify themself on the recording.

One internet ID identifies this number as a debt collector. Another says Allstate. If Allstate, my payment in full due August 1 has yet to be processed, but has been reported in writing and discussed with agent of several years.This, then, would be customer service at its poorest. But debt collection? Never to me, who has maintained a stellar record over decades! So this is yet another scam.

Received this call around 9:30 am. Let it ring, no message left. CID had this number plus 'Unavailable.' If it had been Allstate, the CID would show that and a message would have been left, so another number gets added to the scam call list.

It is an automated call as a courtesy reminder for a payment. I had already gotten an email from my agent about my homeowners insurance and had to speak to them again because I'm not receiving my bill through any means I've signed up for.Auto draft, email or through my bank.I'm going back to paper bills but set a reminder for the due date to be safe.I had already sent the payment in several days ago so they do give you an option to to confirm that.
