Called several times while I was at work. When I called back it said they are closed even though I just got a call.... they are trying to ask for personal information do not provide them anything!! Call HSBC directly! Remember if there was a problem you would have alerts on your account. Scam!

If you get a call saying you missed a payment, why not just call the bank and ask are you delinquent? Banks have SEVERAL departments and several numbers, maybe the idiot you spoke to doesn't know the number. Did you ask if your payment was late? ?? Did you check your account by calling and verifying you needed to make a payment?

Got repeated calls last several days. Today alone I got about 6 to 8 calls. When I pick up the call - do not say hello or identify myself - get no response. When I dial back get no response either.

DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER BACK. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO. I kept getting calls from this number; looked it up and saw HSBC so i called the number back. Its an automation prompting you for your account number or social. Then proceeds to ask for your phone access number or PIN which sounds exactly like the HSBC prompts.
