Leaving a recorded message at place of business stating 'there is a summons you nooed to report to and will be filed with D.A. Good luck if you fail to respond'. What purposes doe sit serve to leave recorded messages such as these with 1) no name who it is intended for 2) no name of busness calling 3) Clear Fed violoations. BUNCH OF IDIOTS

Called my elderly mother. Left message saying going to file charges with DA. And Good Luck.I called them ask what lawfirm they were with.Only would say CWS I ask what did CWS stand for... They didn't want to talk to me anymore and hung up

Scam - saying I had court filings against me.

Left message that started with a short pause suggesting some words were 'cut off' then went onto say same thing..... I was going to be summoned by district attorey to answer the charges and good luck. Obviously they want to scare people into calling back. Don't be fooled by these scammers!!

Same message: subpoena to appear in front of my local DA and good luck. Funnily enough, I work at my local DA!

A caller from this phone #855-922-0714 left a :13 second voicemail on my cell phone. Said, 'if I did not press 1 on my phone I would be summoned to appear before the district attorney to answer to the charges filed against me, good luck.', then promptly hung up. Another crook using the phone to steal money from innocent people with phoney legal scare tactics. Something needs to stop these people!!

Good luck! - First, I don’t recognize the number I will not answer. Second, the DA does not call anyone. Three, go get your sorry scammer as a real job! Not falling for your b.s.!

They are going to force me to appear in front of my local district attorney and tell my district attorney about their recent court filings. HELP! They did not leave a return number! I hope they call again so I can be ready with my handcuffs already on my hands! Take me away! I'm sorry!

Newsflash: the DA's office does not personally call people and tell them they're about to get a summons. What are you supposed to do? Dress in your best and have coffee and donuts ready? Just more moron zombie debt collectors. Block them and ignore them.

Same as above. They called and left a message saying they would file court charges and I would have to appear before my local DA. Shame on they for tying to scare old ladies.

Called said they were going to take me to court and add 7500 to court filings if I didn't pay today for some thing never had and argued with me and I hung up

These people dont have any personal info they just want to scare you into complying with them.

This company called saying they had me as a reference for my dad. They said there was a case filed against him. Called my family lawyer and asked about it and it was not true. My dad is currently on life support. How dare this company try to scare individuals into thinking that they owe money and that there is a lawsuit filed against them. They also said they were a law firm from California.

This company seems to have an UNLIMITED number of numbers they call from. I just reported this to the FTC with 12 different numbers. I don't expect them to do anything about it, but it is quite annoying. You can only block so many calls on the phone and if this keeps up, I'll have to start deleting which means they can use old numbers again. Yes, I have been on the DNC list since 2003 so obviously it doesn't work as it should. Too bad. I'm sure there are people who get upset when they hear there is a pending lawsuit, summons, or whatever scare tactic these people use. The gov. should do something about this particular company and give them a hefty fine.
