It's DoorDash. I didn't recognize the number, and after the 6th call in 30 minutes, I picked up and gave a bit of attitude, because it was well after 9pm. They were checking to see if an order had been delivered, but you would think that a professional business would at least leave a message.
Must be Doordash per the comments above. Disappointed to say, but this is a very unprofessional company. Will no longer be giving them my business. Driver never showed up and offered no assistance. Of course it is just after midnight and my phone is on silent. This caller called twice in 4 minutes, did not leave a voicemail. Cannot believe a company would call a customer after midnight!
Used DoorDash for the first time and it was not a good experience and I left feedback to that effect. The next day they called three times in a row. I answered each one, and they hung up every time I said hello, only to dial right back and hang up on me again. After the third time I blocked the number.
Doordash is a scam as far as I am concerned. That's the 'free deliver' food service. They say 'free delivery' but then take on around $10 for a 'service fee.' which means they are just hiding the delivery fee. Kind of like, 'Shipping and HANDLING' where costs are buried I tried them twice and will never deal with them again. I still have not resolved an overcharge on an item from them. Seriously, this company is out to screw you.
DoorDash, my Restaurant does not do business with them so the fact I keep getting phone calls from them is irritating, especially after I've repeatedly told them that we don't do business with them, nor are we looking to partner with them, especially after other horror stories I've heard from other businesses dealing with them.
I wrote Door Dash yesterday on their website to provide a suggestion to their app. I didn’t expect them to call me 3 times today in 1 minute and not leave a message. How about leaving a professional email rather than harassing your customers if you want to follow up?
This is door dash. They had been repeatedly calling my phone about an order that they had to cancel due to hours of the restaurant. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. I was at work when they kept calling me. If I don't answer the first three times, take a hint.
