Requested call back to confirm auto refill but I do not use them for anything prescriptions.

This number just showed up on my caller ID as 'YOUR HLTH PLAN.' I was suspicious, since my health plan has a name. They didn't leave a message. After reading the comments here, I'm guessing it was some group phishing.

Highly offensive for a machine to ask personal info such as DOB. Doesn't properly ID themselves. Blocked call.

Automated call stating they are Optum RX and wanting you to verify your identity. I don't use or have ever used Optum and I also fill my prescriptions online. It asked me to verify my date of birth in which I hung up.

It sounds. Like they are medicare prescription program and give a call back number With a 9 digit code

I use OptumRX as my prescription provider per my prescription coverage however this is not the same phone number I use to contact them. I tried to get thru to a live person but couldn't do it. They wanted me to verify who I was be telling them my birthday but I wouldn't do it. They have called a number of times. I will be calling the correct OptumRX number to tell them about this scam. Maybe they can do something about it.

Receive about 1 call a day purporting to pertain to prescription refills. I have never used (the real) Optum RX, so I know my contact info didn't come from them. The first time they called, I thought maybe this is some system my actual local pharmacy was now using. But then I thought if it was, a real person would call eventually. When they wanted me to give my date of birth I hung up.

Definitely not Optum RX - I have never used them. Don't call back, and don't give them any information! If you EVER need to call a company, always make sure you call the number listed on the website - do not answer calls and give out information!

Been receiving calls for the past week at least 3 times a day. Finally called them back, asked to confirm my DOB but I declined. No way to get a live person and the number doesn't match any Optum RX numbers on their website. This has to be a scam, plus I don't have any insurance plans / RX plans with them. I did long ago but in my maiden name too boot.

Claiming prescriptions due to be refilled - Not true

Left msg asking for Call back to OptumRx, saying that I had to enter a 7 digit number to verify 'ME.' Checked my OptumRX acct online, and they already had my home number attached to the acct. I called a different OptumRX number and employee said OptumRX wouldn't make a call like that.Call came from 866-482-3084Left a msg telling me to enter code #5586858 to verify 'ME.'THIS IS WHY I HATE PEOPLE. Well, one of the reasons. ;)

Claimed to be Optum Rx, caller ID said Your health plan. gave me a code to enter 'to verify it's me', about my prescription refills. I don't take any prescriptions. Clearly they want to extract info.

Get continual calls from this number - claims they are OptimRX. THEY ARE NOT! We contacted OptimRX on our own and found out this is FRAUD! Do not pick up! Report them as we did - hopefully someone will do something about this!

Caller said they were calling about a prescription. I don't use Optum RX.

Recording tells you to call back to update your prescription refill. My health plan no longer use OptumRX so this raised a red flag

I've done business with Optum RX. I'm sure the business didn't call me as I would not have an account with this. This is a scam call designed to have me call them back so that I'll give them personal information.

I received a voicemail message telling me to call 1-866-482-3084 and to give them a PIN which was so indistinct that I couldn't tell wat it was. I called the number and was told that the call could not go through without the PIN. The thing is, I don't use Optum RX for prescriptions.

I was solicited by phone from 802-482-3084without any consent or interest on my part.

It is a scam! I've never done business with Optum RX! Even if it were Optum's actual phone number, it would be highly unethical to disguise an advertisement to sign up for their services in the form of a refill call. No legitimate business would operate like that.IT IS A SCAM

No doubt Optum has lost control of their data - have not used them for years, now a scammer has my info. Optum was one of the worst companies I ever did business with...suggest you stay away from them if you have a choice. Sure wish I had.Not only do they have lousy service, they hide behind their technology. Cowards.

866 482 3084 unwanted/senseless call

Luckily my phone had already marked it as spam, but there was still a voicemail; it was for OptumRx, but I never use them at all. The last prescription I had did not have any refills so I knew right away this was a scam.

They claim to be Optum RX. They were talking about prescription reminders but I don't get my prescriptions from them. Never heard of this company. But they sure want information from you to 'verify' the account. They had my name right, which is easy if this scam has access to phone records. From there they wanted my birth date to verify and I stopped there and did not give. God only knows how many other steps of verification they wanted in order to fish info out of you.

I have not done business with Optum RX since 2020. They continually call trying to get my business back despite being asked not to call anymore. They are a nuisance and annoying.

My employer does use Optum RX and they knew my daughter's name. We called Optum (at a number from their website) and they had no record of any outbound calls.

Asked them to remove me, they have the wrong number at least 50 times. They call every day.

Informing me that I needed to call back about prescription, gave me a call-back code to confirm that I was the individual identified. I do not have Optum RX

Got a robo voice mail said they were optimum rx with a call back code. i was dumb enough to call back and give them my birthday. They told me one of my medications was in need of a refill. It was one i take but i know it doesn't need a refill. they offered twice to transfer me to my pharmacy. Which they also knew. I said no twice. Looking up the scam here, i imagine that's the scam. They probably connect me to their pharmacy rather than mine. And get more info from me at that point.

This number calls me every day. They say they are Optum RX BUT they are not. Also they say I need prescriptions refilled which I don't. Number ID says something like your insurance plan. They ask is this Patricia, I hope it's not the scam when I say Yes, they record it and use it for fraudulent things. Sick of the calls, it's harassment.

Called twice in two days. Caller ID says 'YOUR HEALTH PLAN', so I knew it was a scam. They said it was important information about my prescription refill and gave a seven digit number to prove that it was me. This has to be one of the dumbest scams ever. I've already placed my refill through my pharmacy, so they would have called me if there was a problem themselves.

Robocall. I am getting tired a robocalls, scammers, sales people wasting my time .

STOP. CALLING. ME!!! Every d**n day I get multiple calls from this stupid number claiming to be OptumRX (which I don't even use). I have blocked the number but apparently I cannot block them from clogging up my voicemail with the same S****y messages over and over again. It is a scam, 100% - the 'call back code' is different on each message, which it wouldn't be if this were legitimate, and OptumRX doesn't use callback codes in the first place. Annoying as h**l, effing robocalls.

covid19 reminder

yesterday i blocked the number. today, some how, they left another ROBO call message. want information about a refill. left a 'security code' yesterday i notified Optum RX about the scam. they checked phone numbers they use to contact customers. this is NOT one of them. law enforcement needs to step in.

Told us we had a refill and gave us a 7digit code to enter. I called back and affirmed it was the person they asked for and then nothing. I see now that it was a scam!!
