We receive several calls a day at my place of employment. When we answer the phone there is no one there. I finally called them today and spoke to Jeff. I asked him to remove us from their call list. We shall see what happens

I am financing a vehicle through Ally Financial. Since then, I have set up an online account with them on their website. This call I keep getting is related to setting up an online account (which I have already done). Clearly, they are fishing for personal/financial information.

No ID name appears. Called twice no message. Internet search suggests this is a scam call of some type.

They have called me on my cell phone several times for several days 1-866-877-1696 and leave messages. Cannot understand the name of the person and what they are saying except they are from Ally or Allied and want me to call this number back. I have blocked this number and they still keep calling and leaving message and I don't respond

Yup, just financed a car thru Ally Financial two weeks ago and both my cell phones just got hit by this number. Nice. Grrr

I have never applied or had a car loan with allied and im very secure about that since I had my identity stolen a few years ago! This number is a scam/spoof of allied to get your social security number and other information! The lady who was talking sounded like she was in another country

Calls 20 times a day I don't even know why and no one answers

Calls me 10 times a day, finally blocked the call. Didn't buy any thing from Allied or used Allied in the past.

Its Ally Bank. If you got a car loan or other type loan from them, they'll contact you with a welcome call designed to get contact info from you and basically let you know they're in charge of the loan and collection on it. You don't have to give them any info over the phone. Once you get your documents in the mail, go online and fill out the info they're asking for and that should dump their calls. Its what happens when you get screwed with a secondary lender for your loan.

I get called by this number 1 to 3 times a day, every day for the past couple weeks.

Ally bank, you likely just got a car or other loan from them and they are calling to welcome you and confirm your info. Not a scam.

Recently financed auto loan with Ally Bank. This number called wanting to verify info. Wanted me to provide a lot of info. I refused and stated I won't randomly give info over phone to random calls. I looked up Ally Bank online and called the number found on website. She verified this was their welcome dept and it was a legit call.
