I have told First Premier I cannot pay because of covid my husband is not working we were sick for over two months. I closed the card and then I spoke to someone she put me on covid relief but they are still charging every month late payment and over the limit fee. Some covid relief plan. Somehow I think this is illegal.

Its a Credit Card scam. They have an options menu but the choices lead to paying money, and one choice asks for your credit card number. I kept playing with the buttons until I hit #3 and asked the woman who answered what it was all about and why they keep calling me. They said it was for people who owe money and try to set up payment arrangements. The First Premier Bank Credit Card is one of the few unsecured credit cards designed for people with bad credit.

I have called this supposed bank and told them and they state they are a real bank, however, I provide nothing other than telling to cease and desist with the d**n robocalls. It appears to be First Premier Bank (https://www.firstpremier.com/). I do have a credit card with First Premier Bank that I always pay on time. Not sure why they are bombing my phone. Maybe they want to offer me more credit or send a COVID-19 'we care about you' message? Personally, this is a $hitty credit card to *own* -- there are no perks, just more ways to go into debt. It's like American express for welfare. If you REALLY need credit, I would recommend Discover.

Just got a call from this number just a few minutes ago. I came on here to check and see if there was any information or complaints. I see that this number has been reported as First Premier Bank Card. I'd like to add something else. I didn't recognize the number that was calling so I didn't pick up, but on the caller ID it showed 'Preserve Home Specialist'. So now I'm skeptical of this number since it 'apparently' belongs to a company that has two locations, one in NY and one in FL. Given recent events I'm wondering if this is someone trying to capitalize on what happened in FL, but that could just be me being paranoid.
