Received a call from this number three times already today with the same message that I should call in because my Apple account has been breached.

Robocall as per my note from yesterday, 10/11/18. Called at 9:10 a.m. local time! I didn't answer, but answering machine picked up. Exact same message as yesterday. CID only showed phone # and '800 Service.' Will block number as this is a very aggressive scammer/fraudster! Note that got identical robocall in afternoon, though from different # (866-676-5682).

They don't stop calling. My message only say to call back. So annoying.

Apple Support Scam

Hung up could not understand the person calling

phones several times a day. Have blocked number as well as ability to leave a message. But somehow a few words are getting saved as message. Creepy.

She said she was from Apple Computer (she had a German accent) and that someone was using my 'Cloud' account without my permission. She tried to get me to allow her to take over my computer. Had me log onto www.anydesk.com - when my firewall came on, I told her I would need to call her back. When I looked up her number it was flagged as SCAM.

Rec'd robocall this morning about 9:30 a.m. local time. I didn't answer, but call went to my answering machine. The last part of the robocall was recorded, saying that my I-Cloud account had been compromised and that I needed to press '1' to contact Apple Support. However, I don't own or use any Apple products!! I've gotten many similar messages about Microsoft issues, but this is the 1st about Apple.

Addendum to my previous 2 complaints: This number is SPOOFED! It is a legitimate # for Apple Accessibility Support. In the process of blocking the number, Comcast told me not a valid #, so I called it and recording told me it was a number to be used only for help with accessibility issues with their products.

Called by this number. Don’t know who it is.
