This number calls me each day and several times a day. It's an annoying one.

It keeps calling me 6 times a day!! Even if my bills are paid..

They call me I don't answer because long distance and I am not paying. I know my bill is late I have a 200 credit on my account. My hubby helps me pay and gets a cheque once a month. And my pays are different every month. I mean he told them he will pay it. And I find it weird too because they never leave a message. Also I have talked to people that work with cell phone companies and they said it is fine as well. Also Virgin texts me about my bill. And always has.

8 times a day! Automated message verifying who you are.Bill is up to date and paid.No need to harass people. 'Silver plan' makes it sound like you're somewhat safe from all of this but nope.

Calls are left for John Rankin at my number. If anyone knows who this guy is, a lot of collectors are after him. However, I'm never believed or taken seriously to be put on the do not call list.

I'm not even with Virgin Mobile, yet I got this call. This is inappropriate. How does a phone company that I have no affiliation with, get my phone number? Personally, I feel threatened.

I called back and it's virgin mobile accounts receivable. Or so it says....I didn't stick on the line to speak to them. I am not behind on payments so not sure why they would be calling so I don't know if they were really Virgin mobile's accounts receivable.

Someone keeps phoning from this number, claiming to be calling from Virgin Mobile. They ask for your account password. I phoned Virgin Mobile and was told no one from their company would be asking for password information. It seems like this is an identity-theft like scam for personal information? Does anyone know anything about this number? It's not registered to Virgin Mobile.

Up to 18 times a day...no one on the other end when you answer...twice when answered all you get us a computer saying 'goodbye' then it hangs up on you....not sure who or what the h**l the issue is but they need to flock right off

This is really bad for call like this on my Virgin cell phone. This type of call is not acceptable. Especially Virgin will charge us if we ask the call.

I answered once and it was an automated message telling me that I would be transferred to a representative shortly. It repeated it's greeting and that message twice. Having been told growing up about calls that say they're going to transfer you but don't just to up your bills I hung up.

This is a spam number. it does not belong to either bell mobility or virgine mobile. all of us who gets this call should complain against this number immediately. Please inform police near by your area.

i just paid him my virgin phone bill over the phone

I get multiple calls a day from this number, they are calling about my phone plan and they are not from virgin and are fraudulently trying to represent them. These calls are extreamly annoying and increasing my bill with long distance calls

Same call here, this is a scam - someone is using a list of virgin mobile cell #'s.Kept her going for about 15 minutes while I 'looked up my password' , she eventually said don't worry about the password and to just give date of birth.

Called our home 6 times in last 2 days - said they were our service provider looking for our daughter, who was at work would not say why they were calling or leave a any message and hung up on me.

They keep on saying they have business prospal.I am 100% sure it's a scam. As in other call they said they are collection agency.I don't know how they got my number.

I recevied a letter from Virgin Mobile with this # to call about my outstanding account. I do not have an account with Virgin Mobile. Is this a scam?

Harassment as my bills have always been paid up and I don't want to be solicited.When my account has ended with them I will seek another carrier.

This was definitely a scam and the scary part is the person who spoke with me knew my name and the amount I owe for my monthly bill. How I knew it was a scam was how i heard dogs barking in the background and he demanded that i needed to pay my bill 'right now'. If you're a virgin mobile member, I'd recommend to contact virgin about this and change all your passwords

called the *611 for virgin they tell me this is a legit number for them for overdue accts in the past i have had police called on me for repeatedly calling wrong numbers so if this is a harassment to anyone here try doin that they can be charged for this as police told me so !!!
