i had to file Chapter 13 , Because blue Trust loans is owned by an Indian tribe which is a considered a sovereign nation, they dont feel they need to recognize the Chapter 13 so they will continue to call for awhile. just ignore them , i do think if they want to do business in the USand since they are located in the US they should obey the laws of the US, but then again there a predatory loan company
