automated spectrum call

In my caller ID it shows 877-959-1403 as only THE # that called me. The name (above the # that called you) or source of the call says this -V82314103800299CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THAT MEANS?

If you already know who called you, why would you look up the number? Anyone getting a legitimate call from this number would not need to come here. But since scammers tend to spoof legitimate numbers, knowing who the number (allegedly) belongs to does them no good.

Voice mail recording left from Spectrum to remind me to review my bill as soon as possible.Seems legit!

I got a call today from this number--two days after I have paid my bill, and on a Sunday, too. This makes me very suspicious.

Paid my bill in full yesterday morning and Charter is STILL calling me.

I have told them I am on the Do Not Call Registry.

I got a call from this number on a Sunday morning also. Seems they like to make their calls on Sundays? I did not answer, but it makes sense to me that it would be spectrum internet.

A crank call - people identifying themselves as charter {but most likely not charter}

Calling to tell me to check my bill and due date for the payment re: internet service...not due for another 2 weeks! What the heck spectrum!

If this were truly Spectrum, one would expect them to identify themselves on the CID and to leave a message.

Did not answer, but it is Spectrum. They can't get me to answer all their varied 800 or 888 calls trying to get me to order more services, so now it is an 877 number? If it about a bill, mine is not due for a week. Hate robocalls at 9am on Sunday.
