As soon as I said 'yes' the phone went dead.

Have called my cellphone three times and home phone twice in the past two days. Left voice mail twice in cell phone, but not on hone phone. Would try calling them back but I don't trust calls without caller ID.

I don't know if this is humana or a scammer

Calls 3 or 4 times a day. Pre-recorded message, same PIN number mentioned each time, ends in '499'. Seems fishy.

Received a call twice from this number. Didn't answer. Robocall left a message to call back giving me a PIN. No intention to call back, my Humana has other ways to contact me instead of robocall. My phone gives me the option to report it as spam and block it, so I did.

pretended to be calling from Humana--asking my 94 yr old father all kinds of questions pertaining to his Humana benefits--also asking for his ID # and to speak to my mom--they asked for both my dad and mom by name--they called on the cell phone (cell is registered to me--different last name--)

Call me a lot... sometimes from a different number. Leaves a voicemail at times. I usually don't answer. Mainly want you to order by mail your prescriptions. Sometimes give you a PIN number to use if you call them back. Called me twice today already. No need for them to keep calling me... IF I needed them 'I' would contact them!!!

CALLS EVERY DAY!!! Sometimes multiple times. Leaves message asking if this is Terry? Says to call this number back and use the seven digit PIN they leave in the message. have NOT tried to call the number back.

I've received repeated messages from this number from a recording claiming to be Humana Pharmacy. As Humana has my email address, I'm choosing not to return the call. If it's truly Humana Pharmacy, they can email

My mom's name is Iris G. all the documents we already completed with Humana stablish that she doesn't speak any English. I don't understand why she is receiving several phone calls from this number trying to contact her in English and asking questions that she cannot respond. She is almost 80 years old.If this is Humana Pharmacy, please contact my mom's primary doctor or one of her children.

Will not stop calling, will not stop leaving messages. I never answer

Spooky. They had my name but voicemail gave me a 7 digit pin to respond. Instead I called number. They asked if it was me by name snd I pressed 1 for yes then hung up because it just did not feel right. Then I found this discussion. I have had other 'Humana' scam calls. Unfortunately I do use Humana Pharm but from now on will only communicate on line. Advise others to do as well.
