Simple, it is a call blocking device that makes them push your number before your phone will ring.

Why should we believe the NSA can stop terrorists when they can't even stop robo calls? Terrorists are probably using robo calls to fund their terrorist activities against us

I've had 2 calls today from this number - no message left.

Just got a call from this number. It's a scam about how there is no problem with my credit cards, but I NEED to contact them to lower my interest rate.

Just received a call from this number on June 24, 2019 at 12:15pm. Recorded message claiming to be from Visa. BS. Blocked!

Card Services, all of these Scam calls are coming from India, and a few from Pakistan. I like to waist their day, Ive watched a few vidios on youtube and wrote down a few fake credit card numbers to slowly give them. I would say a couple numbers, ask where they call from, a number, ask them what time it is in Alanta Georgia, and they give me a wrong time ( its Eastern time there) I ask about if its raining ( I check on my cell phone) I will drag the call on as long as possible! I ask them if their mothers know if they know if they are thiefs by trying to scam people out of their money!! They usualy end up calling me a few cuss words, and I just laugh at them saying I waisted 12, 15 minutes of their time!! Dont fall for this Scam, and be careful out there Folks. Rix

Called early this evening, waited until the answering machine played and the beep sounded, and then they hung up. Caller ID said 'Spam? 800 Services.' I know there are legitimate organizations (AAA, for example) which use 800 Services, but whenever I see it come up on Caller ID, I automatically write the call off as a scam.

when I called this number back, they left no voice mail, it was addressed as Bank of America. My number is on the DO NO CALL REGISTRY. I asked them to call me back and my name is Santa Claus. I have now blocked the number. I hope they get as frustrated as I am for getting the call.

Scam from 888-421-2110. Return call outgoing message is from 'Bank of America' and asked for 'account number' or 'social security number'.

A recorded message from a robotic voice named Olivia trying to get me to press a number and be connected to a scammer who's going to entice me with a 0% interest rate on all my credit cards if I'll give them all my CC account numbers... I hung up.

Unknown caller so never answer or call back. Googled number and saw complaints about credit card scam robocaller. Added to call block list.

Pretending to be Back of America. You can't access or speak with anyone with given a credit card # or your social security #... what a crock of sh*t!!!No one ever asks for your FULL social security #, only the last 4 digits, the same with your credit card #, all they need is the last 4 digits. And you can't actually speak with a live operator without giving full credit card # or social security # first, talk about a MAJOR SCAM!!!

I’ve had 3 calls, no message

Member Card Services, Visa/Master Card calling with a Bank of America number. Offering the good old 0% credit card offer. They work for Visa, Discover, American Express, Mastercard, any CC you make up on the spot they work for them. They also claimed to work for the fake bank I also made up on the phone call. Had to be a new person, Made him mad enough to put me on hold. It then took him 16 mins to close the call and kick me off the board. I'm sure after adding this number to the blocked number list, they will call back in the next 30 mins.

When is the government gonna stop theses calls its ridiculous.

Received a call from this number. I tried to talk to a person because it was about my credit cards. As soon as I heard this mans voice I knew it was a scam. I told them to remove my number from their call list or I would call the police. He said I don’t care about your police. I told him he should be ashamed of himself for trying to take advance of people. He said can I ask you a question. I said what. He said could you give me a [***]. I told him he was a [***] gone bad. I know I should have just hung up on him but I am so tired of these calls all day long. How can they get stopped. Please help me stop these calls. I get where I don’t want to answer any calls anymore if they only have the number and not who they are.

Claiming to be “ card holder services “ only answered because it showed up as toll free.Told idiot scammer to remove my number,he was nasty and said “ ok,removing your number,for 30 seconds “ and started laughing...I am so sick of being harassed by ALL these phone scams,I have been on the do not call registry but it’s obviously worthless.Why is nothing being done to stop all these people ????

credit card scam to lower interest rate. claim to be card services , insist on getting credit card number and ss #claim to be in Atlanta but cant identify any land marks at all

You need a call challenger and white list rather than a call blocker. Make them dial a number if they want to ring your phone.
