They call multiple times a day and from different numbers. They call enough for it to be considered harassment.

a recorded message from Daniel from the mortgage department. This is a scam.

They claim to be for mortgage, and then when you call back they are a veteran's company, or they are a refinancing company. And when you start to speak out, they hang up

Said it was Amazon calling about possible fraudulent activity of $1,400 purchase on my account, press 1 o2 depending on whether it was real or not. I found no e-mails to me and no trace of this on my Amazon or bank account.

Calls every day saying he is with a mortgage company and has my 'file' in front of him. Doesn't give the name of the company or use my name like most legitimate companies would. Uses spoofed phone numbers to make it appear that the call is coming from my area. This is obviously a scam and most likely coming from overseas. Probably trying to get people to tell them there personal or financial information.

Daniel, from the Mortgage Benefit Department calls my phone on a daily basis, from several different numbers, always leaves a voice mail!I did not sign up for this information or to be called on a daily basis, I will be filing a claim with the National Do Not Call Registry, which I am on, do these people not have anyone that governs their actions?

I've received several calls from random phone numbers (various area codes). These calls all have the same voice mail message that states 'it's Daniel from the finance department' and I have refinance options that can free up some equity. They leave phone number 888.402.6918. No company name is mentioned and the various caller phone numbers indicate that it's a phishing scam attempt.

The same recording keeps calling about mortgage refinancing. Really annoying and most likely a scam. They don't leave a company name because they know they would get sued for harassment.
