I have Amazon prime and was charge my regular payment 8.99 a day ago and tonight was charged 10.99 off my credit card only out my bank account and it's not showing up on my Amazon prime account about another purchase I call this number and a Asian guy answered as a Amazon employee and says my phone number don't match my account and ask what was the last 4 digit of my card number ,people were laughing in the background so I felt like it was a scam

This is not an Amazon phone #. It's a scam and they are taking money from people's accounts coding it as Amzn Digital with this phone number. Report this to your bank asap!!!

I have 4 charges to my bank account in 2 days, for a total of $82.70. I need this refunded ASAP !! I have no record of these charges on my amazon account !

I have a credit card that send all transactions to my phone. I got a 149.00 change for Amazon Music. Called the number on the charge and they had a fake system that would send you a text message to confirm your Amazon account, which is the number you called them from since everyone uses Cell phones now. I replied to the text with YES to verify then their system did it again. only after I pressed 2 on my phone to skip verification did a very think accented woman answer - I hung up immediately. Called card company, reversed charge, canceled that cad and new one is on the way. Should be here tomorrow.

Got two charges on the same day from 'Amazon' for approx. $9, one of which had this phone number on the charge statement....Hadn't bought anything that seemed to fit those charges. Called Amazon and then cancelled debit and got a new card.

Confirmed with Amazon that 888-802-3080 is not an official Amazon phone number.

This number didn't call me but it was listed as the contact information for fraudulent charges that are on my bank account using my debit card. I called the bank and they said that this is fraud! And they canceled my card right away. I talked to an IT guy and he said change all your passwords and get rid of any kind of software that you have that keeps a hold of your passwords because they might have got into a digital wallet. I don't use gas stations and I don't use my card at weird ATMs where they might be stripping my data. It has to be an online use.

Called this number to check on a fraud purchase on my Amazon account. Think I was taking to the fraudster. She kept telling me it wasn't her charge -and that my Amazon account had been closed. Had to resolve it through my bank

Got a fraudulent charge from Amazon. Reported it to the customer service and she said it will be investigated and escalated to be resolved ASAP. Had to cancel my credit card.

Seems like monthly charge somehow jumped from one CC to another without me doing it. Everything got straightened out. I did not call the (888) 802-3080 directly myself.

This scam will charge you for amazon music or video at some small amount for as long as they can get away with it. Not amazon

I woke up today with four separate charges of $3.99 and I don't own a Amazon account! This is pure fraud. The bank reverse the charges right away and told me that my card was no longer valid and they'll be sending me a new one. You need to change all your passwords and don't put any passwords on any software because it looks like they're going after people! Good luck to you buddy

I received a similar charge for Amazon Music*MV5VH2### 888-802-3080 WA for $8.66. I don't use Amazon Music (I have Prime Music and Pandora) so I knew it was false. I called the number, and got a 'I see you are calling from a Amazon from a confirmed number. Please confirm...' type message. Then a text to my same number saying 'Are you are calling Amazon? Reply 'Yes' to this message to verify your account.' BEWARE!!!! replying 'Yes' to the text can be provided as 'confirmation' to you card company that you are confirming whatever the scammers are trying to push!! Don't be fooled. Call Amazon billing directly if you want to speak to a person (Use the Amazon site...not the email!)
