it's MBNA Canada debt collection. non stop bother!!!!

I received few calls from this number, but without any answer. I tried to call back but no success

I keep getting calls from this number it has been phoning my phone for months . The number says United States and I do not know anyone in the UAS ...I'm Canadian , I did answer it months ago and the person said something about ICBC ( auto insurance ) I have no outstanding bills with ICBC so it has to be a scam ..I'm charged for time on my phone so if I do answer I have to pay for phone time so I don't answer but it is annoying to have endless calls from this number ....

They keep on calling daily, I am not picking up.

I keep getting calls from this number asking for some other lady. I have told them at least 10 times that you have the wrong number and they promise to make a note and not call again. But all in Vain!!
