They called me and said all ok with my Vodafone account abd what they sorted today and I said yes. She said no need to call back just happy that I am happy. What now !? What was the point of the call ?

When you ring back just a pre-recorded message saying Vodafone tried to call you.

Called by someone a female called patan at 7.28 am saying she was from vodaphone wanting my mothers bank detail and wanted to ask security questions to validate my account already did this when I set up the account told me to ring 191 asked her what number sh was calling from and she didn’t know this number rang me yesterday as welll and all I could hear was people speaking in a foreign language laughing and shouting vodaphone open at 8 am so hung up and will ring them back later

A missed call on my mobile

I have been called 3 times today from this number. I decided to ignore these as scam. 4 days ago I. requested for my PAC code from Talkmobile this company now taken over by Vodaphone. Reading other coments it appears I was called by vodaphone. I am lucky I have not fallen into this trap by Vodaphone.

I have been charged for these calls if they ring you ----you have to pay a premium call beware this advice came from a vodaphone advisor..... He said he would block the number but 30 minutes after the same number came through......I have given vodaphone time as it may have taken time to block it

I got called 7 times but I didn’t pick up I looked later to see I had 3 voicemails . I listen to one and I couldn’t hear anything but ( and I don’t know how to describe it ) a clicking or beeping sound . It’s sounded like it could be morse cose but I’m probably being paranoid of unknown numbers ( why I didn’t pick up ) . When I called the actual number I heard the beeps my but then cut of by Vodafone help line . I’m confused what the beeping noise was ?

Vodafone helpdesk calling back to confirm resolution of my request. They do need a better process though, As I wouldn't answer security questions on a call received from them.
