Scammed me for £5 exactly the same way as the others.HOW can this be legal?They have ignored my email attempts to get my money back.It is unbelievable that they can get away with this.

scammers ripped me off to the amount of £94 rang the number spoke to a person called robert heron he has unsubscribed me and said they would remburse me half the amount of £47.25 had to give bank details they said it would take up to 21 days if not ombudsman it is they have sent me a txt saying i am now unsubscribed at 15.53pm they say they will send a comformation email of the amount i will recieve ill let you know if they do

I have just received my mobile phone bill and found that i am being charged £36.00 from a 60288 number . I did not register with this company and feel i should be refunded for the said £36.00 but do not know whom i should get in touch with.E Scott

I have been charged over £70 on my phone bill for receiving gaming texts that I ignored from Wizzplay not realising each one was costing be £3.75 over a 80 day period. I did enter into a competition on line to win an iPhone - I remember doing that but would never have knowingly subscribed to this gaming scam. It's shocking and probably criminal what they have done.

I have just received a text message to say that I have subscribed to Wizzplay - I HAVE NOT - and to send a stop message to unsubscribe to 65003.How and why are they stating that I have subscribed please and how would they be able to get hold of my bank details if it is 'genuine'?!

I have been billed for incoming texts that I know nothing about and they are not going to erase them from my bill. This is Talk Mobile I'm talking about. These people are getting away with fraud and should be STOPPED.

I have also had a text message. I presumed it was a scam so did nothing about it. when I looked at my bill they had stolen £40.50 from me. So far my provider has paid £20 towards it and blocked future texts. I dont know how they let this happen.

AnonI have been scammed from my mobile top up by whizz play. This has been going on for a while and was not aware of this until 04/3/17 when £9.00 was deducted from the balance of my top up. I contacted lebara and was told to contact whizz play but the call will be charged at premium rate. I don't know what to do to stop this really feel cheated and frustrated.

How can I subscribe to something and know nothing about it? I can't understand why it is so easy for them to take money from me without my authorisation. This must be illegal!

have just had trouble with this company called wizzplay .com , they said I had subscribed to a weekly quiz , was news to me, cost me over £15 ,Vodafone couldn't find out who I was premium texting ,until I got my bill .my advice is if you see any unexplained costs on your online bill , get your provider to block all premium phone numbers to stop the mounting costs.this was the No to watch for 68003 if you get a text of them to cancel membership make sure you text stop,

Today I realised what I thought was a nuisance text was in fact a way of fraudulently taking £3.75 per text. On O2s advice I asked for a full refund but I was offered only £13.50. Wizzplay are owned by a company called Claus Mobi based in Düsseldorf - - is there an EU standards agency that can close these crooks down? It's blatant theft
