My 79 year old mother just been scammed by these pathetic excuses for human beings and gave her bank details luckily we stopped the card and bank dealing with it absolutely disgusting mum said she was so nice saying she was to get over £4000 for overpaid council tax and was easily drawn in she has major heart problems and cancer it is happening too many times to the elderly I am so angry

I to have just had a phone call saying I was owed £4000 , and asked for my reference number on my card she said it starts with a 44 , no thank u I replied I don't give my back details away

I rang this company because my neighbour recommended them - I received a small electronic device about a week after placing my order and quite honestly it does seem to work rather well

I too have been victim too this number, i thought at first it was a bit funny but sounded convincing when i asked a few questions about the company she even gave me there company number (10364936) so i thought this was a lagit company. I phoned them a few times as i had not heard from them even got a letter with there heading on, they said things were moving on its now been 7 months and i tryed to phone them today and the number has been cut off. So i guess iv been an idiot and lost £150.

Spoke to a lovely girl on the phone to look into my council tax for me. I am already aware of the situation from Martin Lewis that I watched on the telly which is why I went ahead with it, I've never been bothered to look into myself so am glad they will be doing it for me. Wasnt 100% sure about the company as is over the phone but I waited a few days and did recieve the letters and have now sent them back.

I have a strong suspicion that this firm are scammers. they called my mother in law and told her it was time to renew her caller id service. they charged her £150.00 and sent her a cheap £20 box off Amazon.

I was conned into paying £150 to get overpayment on my council refund Ellie rang said I could get £ 6'000 repayed because I had lived in the same house for 25 years got a letter next day saying l could cancel it

My father was called yesterday saying he was owed £4000 in council tax as in the wrong band. When he told me I said sounds suspicious as I get them all the time sent to my email. On investigating number is the one stated. Very convincing, totally ruthless, no conscience. Preying on vulnerable people.

This number called my Mother yesterday claiming they could get her £6k back on her council tax, they wanted her credit card details to take £150. Fortunately she realised it is a scam. She is 82 years old and being preyed on by scam calls. I have read the comments about this number online and it is happening regulary. Please can this be investigated and the company closed down. It is absolutley digsuting that companies can prey on people especially the elderly.Thank you

Received a call from a nice girl called Alana. All their information seemed correct. I took up the service and waited quite a while but eventually I did get a letter from the valuation people who confirmed that my band will go down - not received rebate yet but monthly bill now reduced.

Had a call from cleo, saying we were overpaying on the council tax and due 20 year rebate amounting to £3-4000,00. We would need a surveyors report which would cost privately £500.00 or theirs which was government run for £150.00. She then asked for our card details which we declined as realised was yet another scam.
