We keep getting hang-up calls from this number. A couple days ago we answered, but nothing but dead air. Then for the next several hours we were unable to make or receive phone calls.Unaware of who had called, we called our land phone company - CenturyLink. They set up a technician call and recommended disconnecting/reconnecting our land line. When the lines began working, we had static, then today, reverb/echo. It seems to be working correctly now however, when I brought this information to the CenturyLink operator, he claimed he was unaware of any issues with that particular 800 number and also claimed he did not know to whom that number belonged. (Called ID shows 'Not provided' when they call)What the hell, right? We continue to get about 2-3 calls a day from this 800/not-provided number. If you get a similar call, advice is DO NOT ANSWER!!!
