The pre-recorded voice informs me, 'This is your final notice from Credit Card Services.' There is no option to be placed on DNC list so I push '1' to speak with an agent. Guy from India answers and I told him the recording says this is my final notice. Before I could tell him, 'You people call me almost every day' he hung up on me.

Caller ID: TOLL FREE CALL.This number called the office yesterday while I was checking in. On the other end was the female-voiced robocall for Cardmember Services.The call disconnected itself when I didn't press any buttons to continue.If this is a legitimate number for PNC Bank, then CardMember Services must be spoofing it for their latest wave of calls.So far this year, Cardmember Services called us from the following numbers:800-285-8585,800-627-8372,800-903-3637, and866-611-1148.

It's always the same credit card scam with a different number, so it's useless to block. Another site issued a phone scam alert saying it was a debt reduction scam with a severe call activity and advised not to answer. I never do.
