It was a lawyer named patricia,short phone ring but after ignoring,it went to voicemail,very convincing but was from usa hence blocked ,and deleted ,a phishing call 100% so you will call back,very dangerous don't call and block delete straight away

Someone just called me from 800-726-7864 and they left a message and it was just someone laughing? Anyone else have this issue?

Samsung follow up call on a help support call my daughter made about a Blu-Ray player we bought her for Christmas.

I decline anything on my cellphone that I don't recognize since all these scams we are all getting. I pick up and hang up on the house phone also if I don't recognize the number. Now these scammers call back and say dirty things to you ( INDIANS) if you don't give them your personal information. I have really had it with the phone calls and I even called Verizon, has to be a way to catch these people like they did when we had regular phone service. I am really getting fed up! I just did a survey on line for Samsung so why are they calling me? It's like I don't trust any call anymore. Might have shown up as Samsung but my own phone number has shown up before.

Call received unable to answer at the time, no message but my phone (a Samsung Galaxy) i.d.ed the caller as Ralph L. Hauck in Grafton Wisconsin. Didn't know anyone there or why they would be calling.

Is this a legit company because I was to send my phone to fix with them but I don't want to get scamed can I trust them

Could barely understand the message, sounded like Samsung, but I dont own anything by Samsung so not sure how they got my first name. Heavy Cuban accent. Im leary that this wasnt authentic since I don't own any of their products.

Wish I'd known it was Samsung, they helped me get a Samsung TV working yesterday. I'd like to tell them that one of their service reps didn't seem to even want to be helpful, and another, named 'Latasha,' was *very* nice and even got the TV working again. I wanted to put in a good report to her supervisor, but when I tried, somehow I got disconnected.

I've become so used to these 800 calls being junk that I didn't realize this was the real thing--but, like most of the junk calls, they didn't leave a message either, so now I've missed out on the real thing!

Nice of them to not leave a message or use 'Samsung' as their caller ID. I don't ever answer 800 number calls. Recently had our Samsung tv repaired so I assume from the other comments here, that's why they were calling me. Oh well, their loss.

This was definitely Samsung performing a follow-up survey call because I had to call them yesterday about a refrigerator malfunction and the individual was EXTREMELY helpful. I wasn't available when the call came in, but would have been happy to complete a survey--except even if I had been available, I probably wouldn't have answered because it was an '800' number and I don't answer unrecognized numbers

my phone rang, but the call was dropped after the first ring. So I can't say who it was. I do own a Samsung phone, and had issues a few months back. Are they just now returning my call? LOL

Yup, it was Samsung. I didn't answer, but they did leave a detailed message regarding an inquiry I'd made about a Galaxy S4 repair. I was given a ticket number, but decided to have a local technician take a stab at it first. Their system must trigger follow-ups on tickets that remain open for a certain amount of time.

I slept through this call. Probably the same story as everyone else though - just had a Samsung TV repaired yesterday. I guess Samsung could care less about our opinions when a tech company won't put the minimal effort to attach their name on the caller ID, can't get an automated machine to leave a proper voicemail (I got 'press 9'), and doesn't give us a chance to try later. Whatevs, I'm just ranting cuz the unkown call broke my sleep
