THIS NUMBER CALLS 10 TIMES DAILY AND HANGS UP. NO ONE EVER SPEAKS. WE DO NOT OWE THESE PEOPLE SO I THINK THEY MUST GO DOWN THE PHONE BOOK TO MEET A CALL QUOTA!!!

This number calls every 3 minutes I am sick of it there is no one there and we have told them to stop calling and they will not stop. My husband told them to stop calling twice and I have told them I am sick of my phone ringing and ringing and ringing

Marcus, I am not sure if you mean you have an account with Dell Computers or Dell Financial Services. This number that calls and bother's and never takes numbers off of the call list is a debt collection company. If you meant you are a loyal customer to Dell computers, I would hate for you to lose that relationship with them over a name that is similar. Just trying to help, I hope I didn't offend.

Dell Financial calling for 'Linda' who hasn’t worked here in at least two years (I got her old number when I started here). After the first couple of calls with me telling them Linda don’t work here and not to call again; I started the verbal abuse. Didn’t work; they seem to thrive on it. It’s amazing what these people will take to earn a buck. I just tell them that we’re not buying that crap and they need to leave poor Linda alone.Sadly; today; Linda died. We’ll see if that works. Poor Linda. RIP

They have been calling me several times an hr. .....nobody there. Finally someone was there and they asked for Cherry I dont remember the last name. By then I was pissed...told her no one here by that name and stop calling me .. the phone is ringing off the hook from your calls. She said sorry and would remove my number.........grrrrrrrrrr

I experienced this despite paying my bill on line and on time. No one ever answers or leaves a message. I called Dell Financial Services directly, complained and gave them the reference number of my payment. Calls stopped eventually.

Same problem as everyone else - calls, answer, then no one there. Finally someone got on today and I told them the problem and they blamed the 'auto-dialer'. I told them to tell their 'auto-dialer' to quit calling! After googling and discovering it is DELL, now I'm really pissed! I have been a loyal Dell customer for years, now I I need to consider the competition. Way to go Dell!! So typical that someone has some idea to try and increase their profit margin .05% and totally screws up the customer experience and the whole corporation in the process. Way to open up the door for competition!!! UUGGGHHH!!!!

They have be calling me for two years asking for Diane. I've told them they have the wrong number and that it's a business phone. They say they'll make a note, but they keep freaking calling me. What the hell can I do? I asked Verizon to block them but they say they don't have that capability. This is BS.I've never owned a Dell and would not ever buy it. Is there a way to sue them?

This is no way to conduct business. They call all the time. I never answer because I didn't recognize the number. I accidently answer and they ask for my husband's ex-partner that never had anything to do with the business. The call seemed strange after I hung up, so hit redial on caller ID and the woman answered that called. She told me that this was a personal cell phone #, she did not call me 2 minutes prior, and not to call again. I had no idea that she was a bill collector from Dell because she would not tell me that. I will be sure to call Dell and let them know that because of the rude bill collector, that was so arrogant, I will be sure never to buy a dell again.
