I have to take meds every day, will for the rest of my life. I , nor my doctors, have ever ordered meds from these people, yet, I keep getting calls from them, to call and set up delivery of my med, one that I DO NOT even take. They are calling me again. The last time they called, after multiple calls and numbers, I got through to someone. They told me of the medicine that needed to be shipped, the med that I do not take. I asked what doctor ordered this med and was told the doctor's name; I had never heard of the doctor. When I looked up the doctor's name, he was located in Houston, Texas. I have been to Texas, but never Houston, and I definitely have NEVER seen a doctor there. Now these people are back, calling again over and over. Apparently, they don't listen. I guess I'll have to call again to these people that 'are doing a great service' and tell them again they are wrong. Maybe it will sink in this time, but I honestly doubt.P.S. It is probably a good thing I did, and will, call them, otherwise some poor soul, somewhere else, would not get their much needed medicine. Really great service? NOT!!!!

I just received a call from this number stating I have meds waiting for me. I don't order my meds online and have used the same Pharmacy for years. Won't even entertain the thought of calling back. I believe it's some sort of scam.

They just left me a voicemail about prescription meds. They were “gathering information” and would shipnas soon as they had everything. Said I didn’t have to do anything. I don’t take any prescription medications.

I have to wholeheartedly disagree with this statement. These people are doing a great service by calling us to remind us about ordering our medications in a timely manner to avoid missing doses. If I were to miss my meds because I didn't call back after they've been trying to contact me for a week then I'm not going to get all huffy and puffy about them not being able to schedule my shipment on time. That comment is like a slap in the face for those of us who have serious illnesses that have so much on our minds. These 'pests' are wonderful for people like me who needs a reminder from time to time because it's one less thing to worry about on a monthly basis. I would much rather receive 10-20 calls a day so i get my meds on time as it could very well a life-saving call.

I have 3 Specialty Meds that i use from Medco ( Accredo Pharm.) I miss there calls and when I try to get call back the line is forever busy. What is the trick of getting a phone call thru.

They've started cold calling me about scheduling prescription deliveries. If you call back the number they call from, it's an unrelated pharmacy that doesn't know what you are talking about. If you call the number in the message, you get the name of a different pharmacy. Very sketchy. Not the behavior of a legitimate pharmacy.

Four calls in one day????!!!! Seven in a week???!!!! These people are PESTS!

Researched company...Accredo...pharmaceutical 'delivery' service. I started to give 'some' of my info, but stopped when my address did not coincide with the address they have on me (representative by the name of Christie). I kept asking for just the name of my prescription they called for or the MD that supplied my name and address, and they said unless they have my 'FULL' info, they cannot give out more info. They are legitimate, but they are 'phishing' for too much and more. I AM A PHYSICIAN, and on the basis of the info I gave them, they could have released pharmaceutical name or physician asking for Rx for me. They refused. It is more likely they wanted ALL info so they could, by law, say they are a company that has or is working with me to 'get around the Do Not Call Lists'. In other words, they are a legitimate company that IS phishing. BIG PHARMA IS WATCHING YOU !!

Medco Special Care Pharmacy

I have never had a shipment come as requested, have had tons of useless calls from them, and have nearly run out of meds DESPITE their frequent calls. If I could use my insurance for my meds with any other business, I would in a minute. If you had good luck with them, then you must be the only person in the WORLD who has! Right now I am on holc - I have been on hold for 20 minutes - RETURNIING A CALL TO THEM to find out why my prescription has not been shipped. It is a nightmare.

They said i placed an order for delivery. I have not placed any orders. It was a recorded call. There was no identification of the caller.

i call 888-690-9044 and i usually get an operator pretty quick.

Received an automated message from this number about my daughter and a medicine...I have never used this let alone any mail order pharmacy for my daughter's medications...tried to call the number back to see what they were even talking about and I was on hold for over 6 mins so I just hung up...this is really weird!!!
