This company showed up on my credit report a few months back while I was trying to buy a house. They said I owed 500.00 to Gold Gym in Las Vegas from 2005. I left LV in 2002. I asked them to send me a copy of the contract that I signed and they never did, the guy I spoke with was very flustered when I asked him for this and other specific info. I finally just disputed it on my credit report and they removed it. However, now they have begun calling me!!!!

This company left a message on my answer machine. They indicated they received a claim and email from me. I have never heard of them. They did not indicate they were a debt collector as the posts on this page has noted.I want them blocked from my no call list that I am on.

They called me and did not leave a message.

I am making it a point to call these $10.00 hr monkeys every day just for fun and use as punching bag evertime I feel like taking out frustration because no one cares about these type losers that are all failures in life with little no pay jobs because they are soulless nobodies no one gives a [***] about and forgotten about by all. None will be working there in a month when they get fired for not collecting enough and the next batch of life's failures that will take the empty cubicle space. They started it, I'm going to finish it. Lol

Just got off the phone with these people. I spoke with Chris Taylor and she said I had an attitude and was 'a little brat.' She also called me a [***]! When I asked to speak with her manager Troy Green he was completely rude and claimed he recorded the whole thing and claimed she never said any of it! This is all for an account with City Fitness in Philadelphia that I cancelled over a year ago. This guy Steven called me two days ago and I sent him a scanned document from City Fitness proving I cancelled my membership. He never called me back and today I get a call from Chris Taylor calling me names and acting all crazy. She claimed that form didn't prove anything and that I still owed the money. I just got off the phone with the manager at City Fitness and he claims I don't owe anything and he will take of it. However I concerned that they have my personal info. Who are these people? They acted completely unprofessional and out of control on the phone? Am I now going to become a victim of identity theft? Who the hell else has my personal information?

I'm basically in this same situation right now. Their extremely rude reps act like I'm lying to them when I tell them that there is no way that I owe Fitness Works $500+. That's more than a 1 year membership, and I have paid for all of my memberships in full! This is insane they must be stopped!

I too have been getting calls from these idiots for months now. Again it is for a gym membership that I actually still maintain and am current on. These people refuse to give names, addresses, won't communicate in writing. They claim to have investigated my dispute but won't respond when I ask them why they won't provide me the proof in writing as they are required to do. At this point I'm told the gym wouldn't put me in collections if I didn't owe the money and hang up on me. These people don't like dealing with people who know their rights. Anyway, again it is Swift Fund Financial services. I finannlky got tired of the calls and filed a complaint with the FTC. We shall see what happens.

Swiss Funds Financial has called me every day, sometimes several times a day for the last two months. I finally called them back today and found that they are trying to collect on a gym membership to Fit for Life. Oddly, I don't owe Fit for Life anything. I had a membership once, two years ago. I paid for it for the length of the term and when it expired, I canceled. They kept billing me, so I blocked them from auto billing my card. Now Swiss Funds Financial says I owe them over $200. Obviously, Swiss Funds Financial purchased some bogus accounts receivables that Fit for Life sold to them. And Fit for Life would need to sell bogus accounts receivable because they obviously can't run a business and keep proper bookeeping so they're probably going broke. I hired a lawyer. Anybody can hit your credit report with anything they want. But if you dispute it, they must, by law, prove you owe the money. Otherwise, the bureaus are required to remove it from your report. Swiss Funds bought a bunch of paper and they just want to scare you so they can squeeze out some blood money. You have rights under the law.

I also received a call from 'swift funds' I was patient and kept informing to these people that they had the wrong person and wrong number yet they kept insisting that I was this other person. There was no talking reason, sense or logic with these jerks. They kept hanging up. I finally got through to a supervisor and asked 'what's it going to take to prove to you that I am not who you say I am' his response, 'nothing my computer says you are this person and there's nothing you can do to change it.' I've also filed a report with the FTC.

I had a membership and they are calling me also. I don't owe them any money. Here in AZ it's called You Fit and it must be the same organization. I've cancelled my membership with them and they call every day and leave a voice mail.

I just spoke with a VERY RUDE man on the phone from Swift funds who said I owed Gold's Gym $124 dollars for a membership that I put on a hold and was told I wouldn't owe anything until I re-started my membership. I spoke with the account manager from Gold's Gym last week who said that I don't owe ANYTHING and that he is closing my account. The man from Swift Funds spoke to me like I was a P.O.S. and said he was going to call the account manager, but I have already sent Gold's Gym an email saying I will take them to court if this isn't taken care of. This seems very shady...I'm worried they have my personal info!!!

I have been getting calls for this number for a month now, asking for a person that isn't even at my number. I have called them THREE times telling them not to call me and that continue to call me. I don't know who to contact not get these calls anymore.

I have a past due account with Gold's Gym ($88.00), they sent my account to Swift Fnds Services, contact number is 888-479-4384. I just got off the phone with one of their VERY rude reps. I asked her for their physical address and she was very hesitant to provide it for me. By the end of the conversation, I asked her for the city and zip code and she HUNG UP on me. I will not be dealing with them directly. I'm just going to contact Gold's Gym and pay them.

This is a scam company partly being run out of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Mike O'conner at the head of the show in Las Vegas, running a call center there.. meanwhile he has people in NS (Doug 'Diamond') calling from his basement apartment as well.. they will clean your credit card out if given the chance.. most of the people you're talking to are drug addicts or alcoholics.. when they leave work they still have access to your Socials, adresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts and debt. When you give him your banking info they write it on scrap paper and KEEP IT FOR MONTHS and will go back weeks later and debt the account again.. and again.. and again.. dont give them anything.. Just hang up..

Received a call from some automated dialer leaving number to slimy agency and called to find complete mouth breather playing attorney with claim of money owed for a curreny gym membership. This buffoon was such a [***] he forgot to tell me what company he was cot acting me about before spewing venom and demanding cash. I asked the loser if he would like to tell me who he representd first, and the fake lawyer gave [***] laugh and spat out name of gym and continued brainless babble of legal action. I could not take this [***] clown serious as it reminded me of some hard sales script in a bad 80s movie. I told him to drink piss and hung up. I called the gym and cancelled membership. Don't pay these turds. They are a overnight call center with no website or email.
