Had a call stating from HMRC asking for the company director, secretary or accountant to call back with a reference number. The only problem? This is a private house and not a company or business address.

Been away on Holiday, got the message when I got back, telling Me to phone them on or before Wed 13/6/18, which was the previous Wed, not had one since, or have I phoned them back.

Got a call from this number this morning. Not at all sure it is the Revenue

It's HMRC. Remember this phone number can be spoofed, however this phone number is used to receive calls only, so if you get a call from this number it might be a scammer

I had a call from this number this morning at 08.13 - voicemail used my name, Northern Irish lady, asking me to call this number 0300 200 3840 by Monday at 5. Ring number and all options given are press 1. Person who answered assured me they are HMRC. Rang HMRC on their listed number and told me not them - reported on .gov website.

It is 100% HMRC. Specifically the CT Debt management team

This is fraud. I was left a note to call back the HMRC on 03002003840 with a ref: no. Having looked here first because they didn't ask for me by name I was very apprehensive, and it turned out they couldn't let me know anything about why they called unless i went through security questions. And when i refused and said i think it's fraud the person didn't seam surprised.....

apparently from HMRC but I can't see the specific number on HMRC's website.they had information about a previous company I worked for, how interesting but when speaking to me did not verify my identity. how strange?

they say they are HMRC and it is about a company but they refused to write and said they wanted a callback as it was urgent, HMRC do not make phonecalls, this number is not on the HMRC website
