Extremely annoying and why would they call every member of your family for a small overdue amount! Call so many times daily. Not acceptable!

Calls come in as unknown | spam. I keep getting threatening calls for other people from the same person who leaves her number and extension number. I've had this number over ten years. My name and number are on my voicemail message - it has to be robocalls as it's obvious I'm none of the people she is looking for.

Threatening phone call asking to call Mrs Money and if not represented by an attorney, she may go ahead and proceed to next steps.They call in different numbers numerous times a day including weekends - Saturday and Sunday starting at 7:30 am.It is so frustrating as I work a lot of hours.Today, this Mrs Money called at a number in my caller ID from 614-754-4135, but her voicemail message states to call her back at 855-334-4196 ext. 1246746.

Do not respond. This is a scam. The caller may have gained access to some personal information from social media. Don't be deceived.

They call my land line several times a week for months now for someone I do not know making threats about a debt and threatning legal action. I have told them I do not know the person they are asking for. They say they are removing my phone number but they continue to call again and again.

A threatening message stating I or my attorney should respond immediately or it will be escalated.. but NEVER says what any of this is about.. leaves the number 855-334-4196 ext 1246705funny thing is I do have a card through Commenity but i recently made a large payment on it to cut my balance in half and then I get this phone call. Nope.

They have called at least three of my relatives, have not called me. I am in debt consolidation and have been told not to talk to any of my creditors. My brother is ready to throw me out of his house now.

Keep getting calls for a 'Marcia' whom I don't know and have never known. They keep asking that I return their call because it's an important matter. I've blocked their number, but they still keep leaving voicemails. I had never heard of this bank before they started calling me all the time.

Left a message saying to have my attorney call them back ....what's crazy is I have a credit card through this bank that they say they're calling about but it is in good standing so no reason to threaten people with action if they don't call them back !

I'm available only until 3:30pm today and I'll return tomorrow morning at 9am, thank you.' On an account that has been closed for several years

Ms Garcia called using a last name I have not had in 25 years requesting I call about my business with Victoria's Secret. Have no outstanding debt to them and did not 25 years ago.

Hard to understand the accent but calling for my child about her personal business matter and to call him back at 1-855-334-4196 extension 139-5337. Came in as potential spam on Verizon and the number was listed as a Reynoldsburg, OH number of 614-729-7711.

Couldn't understand the name on the message but told me I needed to call Comenity Bank ASAP for a critical matter that would require action if I ignored it. Call came from 913-312-3216. Call back number was 855-334-4196 X 1241015. I do not bank with this company and when I called the 913 number, was told that the call was for someone else.

Robo Called first 'saying status about your ' and then person called but I don't bank with commenity ever.

Keeps calling for someone else. Very nasty threatening message about needing the name of your attorney. If they listened to the message they would realize they are calling the wrong number.

Mr. McIver at extension 1283014 called for my ex-husband (divorced 15 years) about an account at a store that's been closed for 5 years. Not sure how they got my brand new phone number in a different state and associated it with him. Fairly creepy.

'Ms Montoya' called for my daughter who hasn't lived here since 2004 regarding her 'Loss'. Left (855) 334-4196 x1246391 as a callback number. The call came from (608) 371-6666.

called my neighbor and live my personal information to contact them. this is very serious with my personal privacy.

claimed I owed $1743.59 past due to Torrid

Has callled numerous times looking for someone who doesn't live here and will not accept that fact. I don't know how he got our phone number but I'm tired of having them call me and will not accept the fact that they have a wrong number.

Called for my sister-in-law from 1 914 206 0644 saying the following (clearly BS):'This message is trying to reach (sister-in-law's name inserted). My name is Felicia with Commenity Bank in regards to Avenue... 855 334 4196 at extension 1246678. Please make every effort to have (sister-in-law's name inserted) return my call today.'

This person call my home at least 20 times a day and this is completely unacceptable. For a phone that has limited phone message that can be recorded this one number and company has taken up all the space you have and one call a day if they feel they need to call is enough for any person and nine times out of ten you are at work. They need to stop the harassing calls.

Threatening, or so-called, weak attempt of a threat for me to call back 'Mrs'. Montoya, (although she used her title, my first name instead of my title), that myself or my representing attorney can call back as I refuse to rectify this debt...(Where the h**l did that assumption come from) - I don't answer repeated calls (no, not at 5-8 a.m. repeatedly). Today Mrs. Montoya called from an unknown number and instructed me to call her back at 855-334-4196, ext. 1246685.

Threatening calls -- calls come for the same thing 20 times a day! RIDICULOUS -- the amount overdue is small. Absolutely unacceptable to call so many times, from so many numbers, both robocall/recording, others are from various names. Other numbers from same company call very early morning, during the daytime, and very late at night.

People seem to be desperate for money in India, because they call from this number saying someone used my VS card to buy suspicious things or 'this is Amazon' and someone used my account to buy an IPhone.They are delirious people with nothing else to do other than steal money from regular working people.Go call Jeff Bezos or Trump as they have much more money than I do.

Miss Robins called for my daughter asking a call get returned to them today or tomorrow for an urgent matter. Why are they calling me and how did they obtain my number? My daughter doesn't have any debt related to this vendor. Call from 614-212-5292 and ask a call get returned to 855-334-4196 ext 1246414. Only available today and tomorrow between certain hours.
