I had this number call me a couple of times today, 2nd time I answered but got an automated message saying, a message from the co-op bank, press any key to continue , I pressed a key to continue but the line went dead straight after. I will now be blocking this number now I know it's fraudulent and hope nothing came of me answering the call!

Is this a free call for landline number and mobiles getting mixed results

Tried to scam account

they call every other day and never the same person this is really annoying and I cannot find out how to stop this I am sick in bed with damage to my back and turning to pick up my phone causes some pain.

Received an email off them today

Just had fraudulent call from this number after receiving text messages that were supposed Booking.com bookings through my account with a CoOp bank account... I don't have an account with them but it was very convincing. They put the phone down when I said I don't have a debit card with them!

This is an automated number, saying they are from Coop bank. Had at least 6 calls from them but no one to speak to, to let them know the person they are asking for doesn't live at our address. We don't have a coop account so no idea where they've got our number from as we don't give out to anyone.

Scam - phishing for bank details. The woman said she was from fraud team and sounded very convincing. Phoned coop 10 days later to see where our new cards are and they said they knew nothing about it! I fell for it because the real coop phoned us the week before to say money had been fraudulently been taken from our account and i thought it was connected! Watch out. I thought I was pretty savvy. I'll be extremely cautious in future.

Automated call asking if I was my wife's name and asked to press 1 didn't do it number does appear to be listed as co ok bank not sure if this call is genuine

Totally disgraceful coop bank personal finance line charging premium amount from mobile phone - was calling them to discuss financial difficulties and can now see call cost £12! Money I don't have! Totally rubbish service!

I got an automated call from the Co-Op Bank today. They told me that my account got a new payee and that I can check this by pressing 1. This is false, I don't even bank with them.

This number is fraudulent

Had phone call to say £600 had been fraudulently taken from my bank .I didn't have that kind of money in that account.also received a letter from coop bank today asking to ring them on this number with my mobile number and email address
