This is to set up an annual check up, and see what services we could benefit from. I had a Nurse come twice, and she also happened to be a Nurse for VA. I am a Veteran, and use VA, so this is not a great benefit to me. However, they will send free things. I just got a new Oximeter, BP Device, Storage bags, Alcohol wipes, and some other stuff I was not expecting. I will call them back again, to see what they want to offer.

Spam, illegal calls. Constantly call, every day around 3 pm. Stop!

Robo caller on behalf of Humana. I called Humana months ago to report this. I'm still getting calls. have received 10 calls from this number. Not interested in product.Called again today.

SO I CANCEL THE APPOITMENT. ALWAYS CALL YOUR PROVIDER BEFORE DOING ANY UNNESSARY VISITS FROM UNKNOWN. TO MANY CONS IN THE WORLD MIGHT BE SOMEONE WHO MIGHT HURT YOU. Said they were call for Humana . Her name was Rebecca Cookson and the nurse Linda Green would call on April 23 at 11:00 to discuss about my health and what was offered through my policy

I had a message from that # that said it was Humana, too. When I called back (because Humana is my insurance co.) I was told the person who originally called was busy and would call back. The call back (no number listed on my caller ID) said Humana wanted to send a Dr. to my home to check my BP and ask questions. I said NO WAY would I allow a stranger to come into my home. She insisted it was to better the communications between them and my doctor and that the visitor would have credentials.When I said a flat out 'NO' she said they'd give me time to think it over and call back. I just hung up.

I have been receiving calls from Censeo Health several times today. No answers when I pick up the phone. And the other times they do not leave a message at all The number that keeps calling me is out if Dallas Texas for Censeo Health. I decided to contact Humana my insurance carrier for Medicare.They gave me this number listed here.855-319-4450.So tonight I called both numbers for Censeo and left the msg that I go to a thyroid doctor and other doctorsas well and am not interested in a home health evaluation by their doctors..Remove my name from their call list and to not call me again.

My father got a call from this number saying that was Humana calling to set up an appt. for a physician to come to his house for a physical, He has one of the Humana programs. He call me to check this up because it sounded strange and suspicious like a pushy telemarketer, made him feel uncomfortable, a call from 855 area code number. I checked with Humana and this Censeo or Sensales health is not associated with Humana Advantage.

Got a similar message today from someone claiming to be from Humana. They said there will be a doctor in the neighborhood (how convenient) on Monday and they can drop in to check up on me. The reason being - to work with my primary care dr who may not be informed of everything wrong with me. Good grief, I need another dr. like a need a hole in the head! I was still in bed when they called and said I can't make any decisions yet as I haven't had my first cup of coffee! If they call again I will politely decline.

I received a call from someone named Sanci telling me all about a Dr. named Fenser wanted to make an appointment with me. I said no to two offers to see him and finally let her set up the appointment for Nov. 4th at 1:00. I tried to call back this morning to cancel and was told the number had been disconnected, By the way her extension was 6446. I will not be home on this day and will refuse their program. This lady was just like a dog after a bone trying to make these appointments.

Keeps calling saying they represents HUMANA and can get you freeservices. Call 2 or 3 times a day. States they will help you getHealth & Well Being Services Free.

Told them twice that I was not interested in what they were peddling and they call the same time every day, so now I just hang up immediately to kill the call which prevents them from leaving a message.

Has called several times. I doubt they were really from Humana as I have already declined home visits but they still call, I don't answer. Sometimes there's a message, sometimes just background, breathing or static. After reading the comments here, blocking the number.

I got a call Friday from them wanting to come to my house for a health check. I'm calling Humana Monday and see what in going on. I am insured with Humana.

My mom received a call from this # saying that a dr. Was coming out to see my mother. The lady never gave the dr.'s name she said that the Dr will have a badge on. The lady said to be sure that my mom have her meds r a list of them and be sure to go to the bathroom. It sounds like a scam to me but i am calling in the morning and cancel this appointment.

They call early in the morning trying to talk us into signing up for some program. We do not live in an area that has exercise clubs and if there were any it wouldn't be safe in the days of covid. Most of our area are anti maskers and we don't even shop here - we go to Minnesota. Anyway, we don't answer the phone and never will. I called them to say quit calling us and they wanted a bunch of information they already should have. I finally gave up and said I'd file a complaint instead.

Calls me about once a week calling on behalf of Humana. Careful to say he is not calling FOR or FROM Humana. My cell service blocks seeing the number but somehow he manages to leave a voice mail for his sales call

Finally got my name off their call list. When doctor showed up at my house, I told him that I would not answer his questions.I had called Humana before this visit and the one I spoke to had never heard of Censeo. The doctor took someone's call while we were talking and he said he was with Humana (which he isn't). We talked (doctor) and he said that the scheduler should have told me I had an op-out. Also, found out that Humana has sent my entire medical record to Censeo's database in Dallas.I saw all the paperwork that the doctor had in his hands. I asked them (he used his cell to call Censeo) and the doctor to delete my file from their database. This file of Censeo has everything that Humana keeps on their database about me. So all of you out there with Humana, you have a third party that has everything about you including your SS#. You need to get on twitter, facebook, etc., and raise hell, because if you don't stop this, pretty soon your medical records will be all over the place. This company is a research division of Neil Kendle Healthcare, and grew out of their sister company Kendle Healthcare, LTD. Censeo is a specialist expert intelligence agency. This company has an in-house systems that enable to do research & report on trends.People out there you need to standup and raise hell, because Obamacare is really, really trying to take over your right to choose. Wants to send someone to my home to do a wellness check.They've been paid to take over my medicare benefits and know I see my Doctor every three months. What do I need a stranger in my home, who I didn't choose and who doesn't know me, for?This doesn't smell right. They've tried this before and I told them not to try it again. There is no reason for this.

I received a call from this number as well. I did set up an appointment, mainly to get off the phone with them. I contacted my doctor and he hasn't heard of that. Maybe if I needed some special equipment but not to do an assessment. It just seems fishy

Sorry about your cancer prognosis but I doubt it was discovered but this visit. I declined too. My doctor takes excellent care of me and that is good enough for me.

I had received a letter earlier this summer from Humana but did not follow up on it. Yesterday I had a call from Censeo and allowed them to set an appointment for this afternoon. After I thought about it I did call Humana and they said it was legitimate. I have Humana Medicare Advantage but have no restrictions on my lifestyle so I called back today and cancelled the appointment. When asked why, I explained that I was not homebound in any sense, saw my doctor regularly, had all my recommended tests and check-ups, and didn't feel a home visit would be beneficial. RED FLAG -- to me anyway -- the guy told me that this was just a free service from Humana to check my health status and REPORT BACK TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY. Now I don't mind anyone tracking my phone calls, emails and the like, but I don't have a good feeling about this.

You are a complete fool. Using scare tactics on the elderly to MAKE them say, 'yes, come to my house' is a load of crap.Once you have this insurance you keep it until YOU decide to change it. I agree with you on one thing though, PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK. ;-)

Stop calling my number!

This company was calling my mom so I called Humana with whom she has health coverage. They are a legit company, called Censeo, working with Humana to provide health screenings/evaluations IF desired by Humana customer. It is not a requirement for coverage nor to continue coverage - just a service Humana is offering to folks that might benefit from it. Mom gets out to see her doctors on a regular basis so the service is not needed in her situation. The gentleman I spoke with said to simply say you are not interested. My mom did say that but the person was rather pushy and said she would call back. When she does, mom will simply say she is not interested and tell them to remove her from the list. With all the scams out there geared towards seniors, I think it would have been helpful for Humana to send a letter and/or email or two out to members to alert them to these calls prior to onset of the calling.

Called twice today. My phone didn't even ring on the first call, which went to voice mail which I received 4 hours after the call was made. My phone just now rang (at 4:30 pm) and went to voice mail after only 3 rings. This time the voice mail had a timestamp of 2:05 pm! Blocking.

Got a phone call last Thursday from Humana (?) and said a Dr. and a nurse would be out Monday to do a physical on my husband who has Humana Insurance. They left no name or phone number, Friday someone else called to confirm the appointment on Monday. I asked who this was and the lady give her name and the above phone number with an extension. I ask her the Dr.'s name and she gave me the name but ignored when I ask for the nurse's name. No show on Monday or even a phone call. If they should call again, I will not schedule a physical. My husband has a primary physician.

Don't believe that! This doesn't benefit anymore except Humana. Once they have their Doctor check you, then they can say that you don't really need whatever treatment your real Doctor has ordered for you. They get their Doctor to say you don't need it after he evaluates you. As far as I'm concerned, this is nothing more than a scam for Humana to skip out on paying for whatever medical treatment you currently receive.

They called me too and left message. Thanks for the info. Have not spoken with anyone there yet and doubt if I will. I agree that Humana should have alerted us about this company. Will contact them for more details.
