i just recieved a phone call but i did not answer i dial 1471 wat should i do

Automated call from Tesco Bank asking you to press 1 if you are the person named. Phoned Tesco Bank Credit Cards on mobile and they confirmed it was a Tesco Number and to get the person named to phone in on the number on the back of their Tesco credit card - it was about an overdue payment.

Again, called me claiming to be from Co op Bank. With my assistance, £5k was moved through my bank account. Thankfully Co op realised something fishy and blocked my account. Please don't be conned like I was!

Blinking nuisance when we think we have got rid of them they start again.

I'm being called by this number several times a day on my mobile. I answered once & got an automated message for an unknown person. Unfortunately I am unable to block the number on my old Samsung phone. Any advice?

They have my mobile and land line. I don't answer calls if I don't recognise the number.

Yes I was called yesterday the 30 Dec 2021 about this woman claiming to be co op back,and someone has used my account,be careful people.

Bank Fraud. This number ask you to transfer money to another bank account to protect your money from fraud. Hang up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this number keeps calling my phone, I rang Tesco and there is no record of them trying to contact me.

Received a call pretending to be my bank, from the fraud department when I said I would contact the bank, he recited personal information and threatened me for money.

Has rung me on my mobile and landline. Left text messages and I’ve received emails from ‘Tesco’. I have a nil balance on my card! I’ve blocked this number and I delete messages.

Received a call from a Tom Read from this number supposedly from co op bank fraud department. Said I would call the bank to make sure. They have no record of calling me.

Recorded message 'This is a call for (my name) from Tesco Bank. Press a number to continue' Maybe it is and maybe it isn't but the message is far too short and suspicious of scam, Especially any one that wants you to press numbers!. I 1471'd it to get the number, Always look up ones I don't recognise. If it was genuine, And people have said it's a real Tesco #, It really should use better wording if they have an issue.
