Just received two messages about imaging appointment. Not expected as had a scan only yesterday

Received the following text message from number, problem is I dont where rainbow centre is and why I have an appointment there????? I will take it as a wrong message. We are expecting you at Rainbow Centre on 09/05/16 at 12:30. Not attending costs NHS £100 approx. Reply CANCEL 5429 if this appointment is no longer required or REBOOK 5429 to reschedule.

May well be a number that is a genuine NHS number but doesn't stop someone spamming you with it. Hoping for a click through or reply. Don't fall for it, if you're not expecting an appointment it's a scam.

I was asked to confirm appointment for my baby which I didn't asked for and send text back to 3691 . I went to the appointment and there is no list of my baby.

Just an update. Had a call from my local hospital and mentioned the text message. Complete scam

received a message from this number saying they had been unable to contact me to arrange an appointment for my treatment with General Surgery. asked me to respond with YES if appointment required or NO. If we don't hear from you within 14 days you will be discharged back to your GP.Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. I haven't replied.This was the 2nd text I had. The first one gave no means of replying. If they can text me why can't they call me?

You can book a slot by clicking this link, filling in your details and selecting an upcoming date and time:Https://uclh.cov..........This is surely a scam I have already had the vaccine and had nothing to do with UCLH.Do hope the scammer gets caught before gathering peoples' details.

Got a text asking me to consent to 1st covid vaccination. Tried to click the link but it didnt work. Unfortunately put my name and date of birth into the system, clicked proceed but no further. Worried now

Text message allegedly from NHS. I don't have any upcoming appointment.

I was on a dating site and gave my number out ..I know not clever... any how this person with an African voice stated telling me he was the Italian man I had been textin ...be careful of these con men they are everywhere.

This is a genuine number for NHS appointments as it reminded me of my up and coming appointment at Salford Royal Hospital. This is a genuine number!!!
