Received a text, they quoted a genuine Parcelled tracking number but the question was ambiguous so I tried to phone them. Every time I try to ring, the operator cuts in to say this number is not recognised. It may be something to do with Parcelforce but I have another number which they use to text me normally. This looks dodgy and not to be trusted.
